Address Accuracy

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support and provide unboxing photos or video evidence within 7 calendar days upon receipt. We will open a claim with our shipping provider. Multipleitem orders may be shipped in separate parcels with no extra shipping charge for customers.
